摘要: Leaders have assumed their positions of power in a variety ways: through election, designation, inheritance, and coincidental timing or stealth. Regardless the means ascent into power, leader’s endorsement is well regarded. The research findings Covey (1989), Bennis Greenleaf (1973), Deming (1986), Drucker (1996), Bolman Deal (1991), Fox (1995), others support strong correlation between leadership success failure community, business, organization. Hence, because these two elements appear to be inextricably tied one another, it paramount group’s welfare that leader who capable trustworthy promoting communal mission. sweeping changes our country’s social, political, economic climate at end 20th century brought with them pervasive mistrust leaders government, businesses, other institutions including schools.
