摘要: Field effect studies on MIS structures of silver–sapphire–In2Te3 films are made in the temperature region 77 to 295 K. An increase carrier density and a decrease mobility is observed application positive gate field. On other hand, negative field opposite. The results explained terms accumulation depletion charge carriers at insulator-semiconductor interface. Feldeffektuntersuchungen an MIS-Strukturen von Silber–Saphir–In2Te3-Schichten werden im Temperaturbereich zwischen und K durchgefuhrt. Ein Ansteigen der Tragerdichte ein Abfall Beweglichkeit wird bei Anlegen einer positiven Gatespannung beobachtet. Andererseits ist Einflus eines negativen Gatefeldes entgegengesetzt. Die Ergebnisse mit Akkumulation Verarmung Ladungstragern Isolator–Halbleiter-Grenzschicht erklart.
