摘要: Summary Vibrios belonging to the Harveyi clade are among major pathogens of aquatic organisms. Quorum sensing (QS) is essential for virulence V. harveyi towards different hosts. However, most factors reported be controlled by QS date negatively regulated QS, therefore suggesting that their impact on limited. In this study, we report positively regulates flagellar motility. We found autoinducer synthase mutants showed significantly lower swimming motility than wild type, and could restored adding synthetic signal molecules. Further, a luxO mutant with inactive (LuxO D47E) was type constitutively maximal activity D47A). Furthermore, expression genes (both early, middle late genes) in when compared activity. Motility assays gene also revealed involvement quorum-sensing master regulator LuxR regulation Finally, inhibitor phenamil decreased gnotobiotic brine shrimp larvae.
