摘要: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) with nano-dots and a fabrication method thereof are disclosed. The OLED apparatus comprises substrate, first electrically conductive layer, emission-auxiliary an emissive second layer layer. Its is described below. Nano-dots functional groups on the surface incorporated into or to form layered electro-luminescent structure. By using method, resultant efficiency of OLEDs can be markedly enhanced.
