摘要: Abstract This contribution analyses the performance potential of state art organic bulk-heterojunction photovoltaic devices and gives a guideline towards higher device efficiencies. The concept relies on identification determination relevant material parameters (lifetime, mobility, bandgap, trap density….) for pristine components blended composites. These are used as input simulation model, which is demonstrated to correctly describe bulk heterojunction solar cells. Results from compared experimental performance. Comparison between experiment allows analyse deficiencies compounds, composite well architecture. Based these findings, highly efficient presented.
