摘要: Background/aims Helicobacter species has been shown to be commonly present in extragastric human organs by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). To date, a few studies have reported that infection pylori (H. pylori) was risk factor for pancreatic malignancies, but this not investigated very well. Therefore, we examined effects of H. on cancer cells. Methodology Interleukin (IL)-8 and vascular endothelial growth (VEGF) secretions cells which were co-cultured with pylori, measured enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). We then whether activities proliferation factors nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-kappaB), activator protein-1 (AP-1), serum response element (SRE) increased infection. Furthermore, cytotoxin-associated gene A protein (CagA) secretion into using Western blotting. Results IL-8 VEGF levels NF-kappaB, AP-1, SRE Moreover, CagA confirmed Conclusions may increase malignant potential cells, seems involve the same mechanisms as gastric
