摘要: The Orthopaedic In-Training Exam (OITE) is administered annually to orthopedic surgery residents assess their medical knowledge. authors provide a comprehensive review of the oncology portion exam in order aid preparation for future in-training and licensing examinations as well help guide residency education curriculum. All questions on OITE from 2007 2019 were reviewed. Analysis included (1) number each year, (2) question topic, (3) taxonomy (knowledge versus interpretation), (4) type imaging modalities (radiological, histological), (5) most commonly cited references, (6) level evidence. Descriptive statistics utilized compare means between variables. From 2019, there was total 292 tumor-related with mean 22.5 (range 19–28) per year. Of questions, 54.8% pertained malignant tumors 45.2% benign tumors. Assessment showed that 79.8% required interpretation analysis information provided 20.2% being knowledge recall type. 76.7% radiological images, pathological or both.
