摘要: Abstract In this study, three types of polypropylene glycols (PPGs) were added in basic mud as additives. Different chemicals to adjust the pH value mud. PPGs found increase viscosity and reduce API fluid loss original drilling Impacts PPG on tribological properties evaluated for steel-steel contact. Experimental results indicated that lower molecular weight had better friction reduction anti-wear ability. When excessive amount was added, wear became worse, which attributed aggregation hard particles with presence molecules. terms pH, both generally increased
