摘要: The commissures represent a major neuroarchitectural feature of the central nervous system insects and vertebrates alike. adult brain grasshopper comprises 72 such commissures, first which is established in protocerebral midbrain by three sets pioneer cells at around 30% embryogenesis. These pioneers have been individually identified via cellular, molecular intracellular dye injection techniques. Their ontogenies, however, remain unclear. progenitor are shown Annulin immunocytochemistry to be compartmentalized, belonging either hemispheres or so-called median domain. Serial reconstructions based on bromodeoxyuridine incorporation confirm that their lineages do not intermingle. Dye into progeny confirms this compartmentalization, reveals none associated with lineage deriving from neuroblast midline precursor. Immunocytochemical data as well over several developmental stages indicate they differentiate directly epithelial cells, but classical cells. That commissural protocerebrum modified involves different ontogeny described for ventral nerve cord, parallels neurons peripheral system.
