摘要: Data have been presented with respect to the widely varying pH optima for growth of a number normal and transformed human, mouse, monkey, hamster, rabbit rat cell lines. At that optimum, differences between cells maximum population densities tended become less prominent. Other (serum requirement, long-term viability cultures) were not demonstrably pH-dependent.
