摘要: Fifteen male Holstein X Frisian calves, weighing 65 +/- 3 kg and fed a milk replacer twice daily were fitted with return cannula loop, chronically implanted at 10 days of age in the pancreatic duct, used. In six successive experiments we have observed influence an intravenous infusion secretin, cholecystokinin pancreozymin (CCK-PZ), vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), glucagon, gastrin somatostatin on juice flow rate, excretion proteins, calcium, inorganic phosphorus, zinc amylase activity juice. two other experiments, studied interaction secretin (or CCK-PZ) (SRIF). Each experiment was performed 5 h after calves feeding no given to animals during time sampling. Our results indicate that endocrine regulation exocrine pancreas young is similar described mammals. Secretin CCK-PZ increased significantly water, magnesium, zinc, proteins activity. Somatostatin glucagon inhibited effects precedent hormones. Gastrin rate but protein do not varied significantly. VIP showed significant effect minerals, However, our seem be characterized by more intense following than infusion.
