摘要: The current study focuses the impact of leadership and teams on employees’ psychological climate for change. Integrating streams research from change, organizational climate, leader‐member exchange (LMX), group dynamics literature, paper proposes that supervisors will shape perceptions as a function relationship quality employees experience with these two social units. supervisor’s team’s personal view well dyadic quality‐supervisor interaction, team relations quality‐team interaction were also examined.
