摘要: Abstract The structure and the magnetic properties of a series Fe 2 O 3 –SiO nanocomposites (16.9 28.5 wt% /(Fe +SiO )), prepared by sol–gel method submitted to thermal treatments in temperature range 300–700°C, were investigated through X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Mossbauer spectroscopy magnetometry. Poorly crystallized particles, belonging 2-line ferrihydrite phase, found all samples recognized as precursors γ-Fe that form at T >700°C. result was achieved detailed comparison structural with bulk iron (III) oxide hydrated reference sample.
