摘要: The incorporation of Enterprise Web 2.0 technologies has been very important to various business organisations and institutions. This is because these possess social collaborative features that allow employees communicate collaborate share knowledge more effectively. Despite the importance 2.0, its application faces challenges, chief among them being employee resistance. In order for successfully implement within workplace, involvement necessary. Since are group-based applications, development trust a pre-requisite group communication engagement over this medium. research therefore explores role in users' adoption of, participation in, technologies. research, qualitative approach using focus groups interviews as data collection techniques was used. study found there an inherent level user due transparency moderating community, professionalism workplace environment.
