摘要: Determinations of primary ? and secondary ionization coefficients in helium at pressures p0 near to atmospheric low values E/p0 (E is the electric field) show that ?/p0 = f(E/p0) ?/? (E/p0) for 30 < p0d 730 cm torr. The results obtained its dependence on are shown be adequately accounted basis assumption predominant process high destruction metastable states gas with consequent production non-resonance photons which liberate electrons cathode.
