摘要: In this chapter, different challenges for using human cells in clinical cell therapy are identified and discussed. Several types of defined described, with particular attention to the relation between ethical scientific challenges. Some disease specific: they raised by research on special certain methods order pave way therapies diseases. But since work is carried out a societal value-loaded context, relations scientific, ethical, regulatory complex. Three theses first discussed: there not one fixed list challenges, some type specific; at all stages translation from bench bedside, related various translation. Moreover, experimental needs be integrated. Finally, fourth thesis suggested: if constructive well-argued position desired, it necessary specific only about details but also value premises.
