摘要: Hypertension can be classified as either Mendelian hypertension or essential hypertension, on the basis of mode inheritance. The forms develop a result single gene defect, and such are inherited in simple manner. In contrast, occurs consequence complex interplay number genetic alterations environmental factors, therefore does not follow clear pattern inheritance, but exhibits familial aggregation cases. this review, we discuss recent advances understanding pathogenesis both types hypertension. We review causal defects identified several monogenic their possible relevance to development describe current approaches identifying determinants human rat models summarise results obtained date using these methods. Finally, significance stress diet, interactions with specific susceptibility genes.
