摘要: Soft tissues of human body have complex structures and different mechanical behaviors than those traditional engineering materials. There is a great urge to understand tissue behavior body. Experimental data needed for improvement soft modeling advancement in implants prosthesis, as well diagnosis diseases. Mechanical responses change when loses its liveliness viability. One the techniques testing indentation, which applied on live physiological environment. Indentation affords several advantages over other types tests such uniaxial tension, biaxial simple shear suction, thus it interest develop new indentation from more valid can be extracted. In this study indenter device was designed constructed. Displacement force rate cyclic loading, relaxation experiments were conducted arm. The in-vivo controlled loading test method novel compared with displacement tests. Anisotropic cannot determined by axisymmetric tips, therefore ellipsoid tips used examining anisotropy inplane material direction bulk
