摘要: Future fusion reactors are foreseen to be heated by the energetic alpha particles produced in reactions. For this happen, it is important that ions sufficiently confined. In present day experiments, primarily using external heating systems such as neutral beam injection and ion cyclotron resonance heating. order diagnose these fast ions, several different fast-ion diagnostics have been developed implemented various experiments around world. The velocity-space sensitivities of given so-called weight functions. Here instrument-specific functions derived for neutron emission spectrometry detectors at tokamaks JET ASDEX Upgrade 2.45 MeV neutrons deuterium-deuterium reactions deuterium plasmas. Using these, possible directly determine which part velocity space each detector observes.
