摘要: In this study we have demonstrated that noradrenaline increases the levels of prostaglandin E2 and I2 (detected as stable metabolite 6-keto-prostaglandin F1 alpha) synthesized by homogenates superior cervical ganglia from adult rat. This noradrenaline-induced production was further characterized: (a) Selective destruction adrenergic sympathetic postganglionic neurons in using 6-hydroxydopamine abolished both basal stimulated production. (b) Elimination preganglionic cholinergic nerve terminals had no effect. (c) Mepacrine (a phospholipase inhibitor) indomethacin cyclooxygenase attenuated (d) Yohimbine, but not prazosin, suppressed dose-response curve for The results these experiments show that, vitro, stimulates de novo synthesis neurons. stimulation appears to result action at an alpha 2-adrenergic receptor.
