摘要: Abstract Tin (II) sulfide (SnS), one of the most abundant materials, is being considered as an absorber material for development low-cost and nontoxic solar cell devices. In this direction, we have developed nanocrystalline films SnS with uniform morphology on different substrates by adopting two-step thermal evaporation process. The surface studies show that irrespective substrate nature, as-grown possess surface-morphology well-defined facets. Structural reveal grown various orthorhombic crystal structure. However, compared to other substrates, structures sapphire copper exhibit 〈010〉 preferential growth direction. From electrical measurements, it noticed deposited highly-conductive consist low resistance, whereas are slightly resistive insulating substrates. Based these investigations emphasized high-quality can be any our
