摘要: An electrochemical etching process using a vibrating electrolyte of potassium hydroxide to prepare tungsten cylindrical nanotips is developed. The eases the effects diffusion layer and extends area, which aid in production nanotips. Larger amplitudes vibration frequency 35 Hz are recommended for producing Nanotips with tip radius approximately 43 nm conical angle arctan 0.0216 obtained.
