摘要: The coumarin derivatives Dicumarol®, Tromexan®, Marevan® and Sintrom® proved highly efficient in the supression of isoproterenol induced myocardial lesions, rat. Simultaneous application vitamin K1 which restored a normal prothrombin level, did not diminish myocardium protecting effect anticoagulant drugs. Dindevan® (Phenindione) showed lesser activity. Vitamin K1, by itself, influence evolution adrenergic lesions. Other cardiotropic effects anticoagulants their possible bearing on therapeutic problems human pathology are discussed.
