摘要: Whole human skin can be reconstructed in vitro, using dermal equivalents made of fibroblasts a collagen matrix. We recently described new method epidermalization equivalents, based on the insertion punch biopsies and migration epidermal cells (EC) dermis. In present study, we show that no MHC class II or T6 positive Langerhans (LC) detected this epidermis. Functional studies with EC epidermis these completely fail to induce proliferation allogeneic lymphocytes mixed cell lymphocyte reactions raise an T response. contrast, fresh from same donors strong proliferative cytotoxic response effector cells. Moreover, addition LC-containing autologous does not restore directed against I different Such non-immunogenic whole model composed two compartments, dermis epidermis, devoid II-bearing antigen presenting cells, is thus very promising technique for grafting treatment burns.
