摘要: Understanding the mode of action Hox proteins requires identification molecular and cellular pathways they take part in. This includes to characterize networks protein-protein interactions involving proteins. In this chapter we propose a strategy methods map interaction networks, from yeast two-hybrid high-throughput screening bioinformatic analyses based on software platform Cytoscape.
