摘要: Abstract This paper describes the development of an entirely remote, portable, and low-cost sensor system that includes a mechanoluminescence (ML) sample, optical sensor, wireless data transmitter module. A composite consisting SrAl2O4:Eu,Dy epoxy resin was used as ML test sample. The performance system, including function accuracy, were tested under laboratory conditions. module confirmed to provide reliable synchronous transmission. then utilized measure stress object in practical application. easily acquired even with applied load 300 N eventually stabilized continuous cycles. able detect crack gas pipeline during operation high sensitivity. combined results indicate designed can potentially be smart structural health monitoring system.
