Impedance spectroscopy study of Pb2P2O7 compound

摘要: The lead pyrophosphate, Pb2P2O7, compound was prepared by conventional solid-state reaction and identified X-ray powder diffractometer. Pb2P2O7 has a triclinic structure whose electrical properties were studied using impedance spectroscopy technique. Both modulus analysis exhibit the grain boundary contribution to response of sample. temperature dependence bulk conductivity found obey Arrhenius law with activation energies Eg = 0.66 eV Egb 0.67 eV, respectively. scaling behavior imaginary part complex suggests that relaxation describes same mechanism at various temperatures.
