摘要: Faecal samples were collected from seventeen animals, each fed three different diets (high fibre, high fibre with a starch rich supplement and an oil supplement). DNA was extracted the V1–V2 regions of 16SrDNA 454-pyrosequenced to investigate faecal microbiome horse. The effect age also considered by comparing mature (8 horses aged 5–12) versus elderly (9 19–28). A reduction in diversity found horse group. Significant differences between at OTU level (52 OTUs corrected Q<0.1). majority related Firmucutes phylum (37) some changes Bacteroidetes (6), Proteobacteria (3), Actinobacteria (2) Spirochaetes (1). For forage only diet, with no added or oil, we 30/2934 (accounting for 15.9% sequences) present all horses. However core (i.e. horses) associated supplemented diet somewhat smaller (25/3029 OTUs, 10.3% ) even (15/2884 5.4% ). across extremely small (6/5689 accounting 2.3% dominated order Clostridiales, most abundant family being Lachnospiraceae. In conclusion, based plus complementary feeds bacterial community compared alone. Further, as observed people, ageing is diversity. there change structure these healthy animals age.
