摘要: Objective. To investigate the incidence of hypotension associated with use midazolam for prehospital rapid-sequence intubation (RSI). Methods. A retrospective review was performed using charts from two aeromedical agencies servicing authors' region. The RSI protocols used by crews northern (north) and southern (south) parts region were identical, exception dosing. north 0.1 mg/kg all patients, while south up to a maximum 5 mg. All patients receiving pooled, multiple linear regression relationship between dose both decrease in systolic blood pressure (SBP) following RSI.
