摘要: A description is given of an electroluminescent device (1) having LED structure, which composed active layer (7) oriented liquid-crystalline and compounds a transparent positive electrode (5) preferably made from electroconductive polymer. By previously rubbing the in one direction with velvet cloth, orientation induced molecules (7), being frozen by cooling or polymerization. The emits polarized light whose polarization parallel to rubbing.
