摘要: Effects of hexaflumuron at 10% lethal concentration (LC10 )a nd LC25 on development and reproduction parameters the diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella (Linnaeus, 1753) (Lep.: Yponomeutidae) were investigated. Estimated LC50 ,L C10 values leaf dip bioassay third instar larvae P. xy- lostellawere1.48,0.59and0.91mg/L,respectively.Hexaflumurondecreasedpupalweight in parent generation sublethal concentrations but offspring generation, this effect was not observed. Sublethal increased egg, first second larval pupa developmental time shortened life span adults, did change fourth instars pre-pupa period. Also fecundity females reduced significantly hatchability treatments control similar. Survival rate pre-adult stages declined concentration. Reproduc- tion such as reproductive (R0) intrinsic increase lower compared with control, gross (GRR) LC10 it could be hormoligosis. doubling (Dt). We conclude that effects might exhibit significant population dynamics xylostella.
