摘要: Stimulated emission along streamer channels was observed for the first time in ZnO single crystals. Lasing manifested by reduction of width spectrum to 3–4 nm, formation a mode structure, appearance directionality, and an increase radiation intensity four orders magnitude. The maximum lasing located range 389–406 nm energy pulse ~1 nJ, duration 0.3–1 nsec, power 1–3 W. emitted from at 300 K attributed recombination electron–hole plasma which nonequilibrium carrier density order 1019 cm−3.
