Regeneration of amicronucleate fragments in the hypotrichous ciliate Pseudourostyla levis.

摘要: This work aims to elucidate the micronuclear functions in regeneration of hypotrichous ciliate Pseudourostyla levis. A micronucleate stock DH-1 and an amicronucleate cell line DH-1a-6 obtained from a same by microsurgical enucleation were used this work. In operation, cells at early stationary phase transected their equatorial zone fine glass needle. These fragments (promers opimers) impregnated protargol technique. Developmental processes adorai membranelies (AZM), frontal-ventral-transverse (FVT) cirri, marginal cirri (MC) dorsal kineties very similar between micro- fragments. Splitting old membranelles lapel part (LP-membranelles) AZM, however, always occurred stage 5 promers, whereas developmental event was observed during stages 2-3 promers. observations indicate that absence micronuclei does not affect cortical development organelle assembly regeneration. At 9 bare area without AZM appeared only regenerants after formation new AZM. After appearance (stage 9), mean number LP-membranelles (22.7 ± 3.8) significantly smaller than (42.0 4.7) 8 (p ≤ 0.01). findings considerable lost. Therefore, might play some important role fixing firmly cortex.
