Seguridad y complicaciones en reconstrucción mamaria autóloga con colgajo DIEP: una revisión sistemática

摘要: Resumen La reconstruccion mamaria microquirurgica con tejido autologo puede asociar complicaciones relacionadas el colgajo y la zona donante. Nuestro objetivo fue valorar evidencia clinica en seguridad, factores de riesgo pacientes reconstruidas perforantes basado arteria epigastrica inferior profunda (DIEP). Se realizo una revision sistematica Medline articulos publicados entre septiembre 1995 2015. recogieron las caracteristicas demograficas pacientes, medidas los colgajos cirugia incluyendo necrosis completa, parcial grasa. identificaron 34 que incluian 35 series casos, 2.761 pacientes un total 3.927 colgajos. media del indice masa corporal superior a 24,5 kg/m 2 , mientras tasa obesidad se situo por encima 14,5%. Ningun articulo aporto informacion acerca peso, superficie o volumen tras su tallado receptora. Las tasas completa fueron 1,9% (75/3.811) 2,6% (68/2.575) respectivamente. grasa diagnostico 8,2% (308/3.746) colgajos, desviacion estandar 6,9. El 5,5% (107/1.940) requirieron reintervencion quirurgica. incidencia hematoma receptora hernia debilidad abdominal 3% (59/1.952 52/1.725 pacientes). En conclusion, DIEP baja, aunque presento dispersion elevada.
