摘要: Phytoremediation is a proven low-cost and sustainable method for the removal of toxic pollutants from water. This green technology has been practiced past several years all over world. In present study, interaction fluoride on surface floating aquatic plant water lettuce (Pistia stratiotes) during was investigated. Batch kinetic studies were performed to examine uptake capacity with different initial concentrations such as 3, 5, 10, 20 mg/L. The effects various process parameters dynamics pH, biomass, concentration, time examined. Freundlich’s isotherm model found (R 2 = 0.957) fit well experimental data. nature reaction order followed pseudo-first-order kinetics, when level in solution 5 mg/L. findings showed that mechanism driven by biosorption phenomenon. High concentration reduced growth ratio P. stratiotes. lowest this macrophyte be 76.80 ± 3.73% at 20 mg/L concentration. At lower 3 5 mg/L, not significantly.
