摘要: In general, the invention features a method for selecting transgenic grapevine or component having increased resistance to fanleaf disease, including steps of: (a) transforming grape plant cell with nepovirus coat protein nucleic acid molecule fragment thereof which is capable of being expressed in cell; (b) regenerating from and (c) expresses, at low level, thereof, wherein level expression increases disease. The also relates an isolated encoding ‘Geneva’ isolate virus.
