摘要: Light affects both the development and metabolism of plants. In addition to role light in providing energy for photosynthesis, signals cause profound changes morphology developing young seedling, including cotyledon expansion, leaf development, inhibition stem growth, production chlorophyll photosynthetically competent chloroplast. The light-dependent plants (photomorphogenesis) is a complex process resulting from combined action several photoreceptors. This review summarizes what known red- blue-light photoreceptors that regulate dicotyledonous seedling complexity downstream responses. Special emphasis placed on recent progress made toward genetic biochemical dissection signal transduction pathways.
