Use of the USMLE to select residents

摘要: Many studies have examined the relationships between students' performances on National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) Part I and II examinations their postgraduate clinical performances. Most found a positive relationship NBME examination scores ratings residents' and/or specialty board certification examinations.
