摘要: The paper is based on a review of regional environment strategies (prepared for the Environment Strategy), water sector portfolio, and country focus studies (done Water Resources Sector and, consultations with other boards, Bank staff. Chapter 1 outlines water-environment poverty linkages; it identifies six dimensions poverty, how management are related to each other. It also presents possible set sustainable outcomes sector. 2 addresses emerging global trends, environmental management, while 3 summarizes lessons from experience. Finally, Chapters 4 5, present implications in terms strategic framework action, considers support implementation framework, respectively.
