Access method of product characteristics based on customers' individual demands

摘要: In changeable market environment, customers' demands tend to be more and diversified individual. The competition among modern manufacturing enterprises focuses on how faster better meet customer demand, design the best customized products achieve higher additional value. this paper, an access method of product characteristics based individual is proposed. First, optimal approach proposed effectively collect classify which contain general demands, information described in form ontology. Then, integrated transformation model constructed illustrated, can divided into two parts: one determining weight with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, other constructing house quality for function deployment set. Last, application case analysis presented illustrate verify effectiveness model.
