摘要: Since the first publication on fetal alcohol syndrome appeared in scientific literature over 30 years ago, there has been a great deal of research interest topic. This paper reviews findings within past 10 related to causes, frequency, and diagnosis alcoholrelated disabilities, before turning impact these disabilities have affected children, their families communities. The needs parents who children with alcohol-related are described, including broad support network, helpful professionals, good relationship school, income support, strengthsbased parenting approach. Finally, barriers that face service availability, accessibility, appropriateness, adequacy, acceptability reviewed.
