摘要: The skeleton fulfils its mechanical functions through structural organisation and material properties of individual bones. Both cortical trabecular morphology mass can be (re)modelled in response to changes strains engendered by load-bearing. To address this, animal models that enable the application specific loads bones have been developed. These are useful defining how loading modulates (re)modelling allow examination mechanisms coordinate these events. This chapter describes apply murine points articulation, which allows endosteal, periosteal as well bone revealed double fluorochrome labelling computed tomography, respectively.
