摘要: Some heavy metals in higher doses may cause metabolic disorders and growth inhibition for most of the plant species. This study was performed order to evaluate two tomato varieties (Barakat Local tomato) response ordinary Heavy Metals (Fe, Pb Cu) northern Iran. Five (0, 0.001, 0.01, 0.1 1%) lead acetate, cupric carbonate ferric chloride were investigated. The experiment conducted under 12±2h photoperiodic laboratory condition a germinator. Results showed that reaction different metal compounds those is varied Barakat variety has greater resistance more indices. Also, kind these affected germination some In this highest on shoot length 2.66 cm, root/ ratio 0.87, moisture content 0.31 g, fresh weight 0.32 g dry 0.059 obtained from Fe compound, however; had not significance with other case root 3.39 cm coefficient velocity 0.27% (P≤0.05). dose 1% appeared undesirable effect all evaluated indexes.
