A Novel Approach for Detecting Circular Callouts in AEC Drawing Documents

摘要: A set of documents, while creating a new structure, containing the fundamental assumptions and primary requirements are called engineering documents. It acts as blueprint to provide engineers or architects bird's-eye view. Generally, an project comprises tons document sheets. These sheets maintain constructional hierarchy project. Hence, accessing information manually from desired sheet becomes difficult time consuming for engineer architect. Therefore, hyperlinked navigation mechanism is essential overcome aforesaid problem. special symbol named 'callout' [1-2], which circular in shape, contains destination name. To navigate through project, these callouts with respective name must be recognized properly. The names written abbreviated form callout. Here, we have proposed novel approach can detect also create hyperlinks file achieved very encouraging results. This work has significant impact AEC (Architectural, Engineering, Constructional) domain.
