摘要: Objective. To conclude observations of efficacy longterm methotrexate (MTX) treatment rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods. Twenty-six patients with RA entered a prospective study MTX in 1983. The was completed after 132 months therapy. Results. Significant improvement (p 65% the patients. A significant reduction prednisone dose achieved. Sixteen withdrew from study.
