摘要: Sustainable building design strategies create improved indoor environmental quality and should, thus, be associated with occupant comfort, satisfaction, health, work performance relative to buildings designed around standard practices. With the sustainability agenda growing rapidly, government of Malaysia embarked upon taking steps towards integrating into performance. In response underlying issues development, Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) can incorporated in construction industry promote sustainability. However, despite obvious benefits that gained by implementing POE, measuring has not much interest from practitioners local industry. Considering impact these issues, a preliminary survey been undertaken intention identify barriers implementation POE public sector Malaysia. Several factors considered as were identified literature surveyed among SCI-Network (2012), Aqlima et al.
