摘要: Abstract : This is the final technical report of contract entitled "Planning, Execution, and Assessment Effects Based Operations" that was conducted by George Mason University between 1 May 2001 30 September 2005. The overall objective effort to enhance use a suite modeling simulation tools called Computer Aided Evaluation System Architectures (CAESAR II/EB) support warfighter when planning, executing, assessing Effects-Based Operations (EBO). At completion effort, an integrated EBO tool Pythia had been developed tested. operates in single Windows-based environment. It allows analysts develop analyze courses action creating Timed Influenced Nets relate potential actions course (COA) desired undesired effects. documents concept used Pythia, describes tools, technologies techniques concept, key feature Pythia.
