摘要: Twenty eight maize open pollinated varieties (OPVs) were crossed in a diallel scheme and the 378 F1's evaluated 10 environments Brazil. Based on yield-specific combining ability data (SCA), these classified four heterotic groups. The consistence of proposed groups was confirmed comparing intra- inter-group F1 values midparent heterosis. Superior OPVs combinations for use as source inbreds hybrid breeding programs determined. RAPD markers used to genotype varieties. A UPGMA dendogram, based marker from 50 primers 178 polymorphic bands, obtained. Phylogeny obtained with agreed known pedigree data. Dent germplasm tended group separately flint germplasm. Multidimensional Scaling Analysis morphological showed higher degree genetic divergence among dent than this study. Correlation between estimated distance SCA yield low positive (r = 0.16**).
