摘要: Tissue engineering is a field of study that focuses on the integration scaffolds, cells, and bioactive factors to produce functional biological tissues. Novel biomaterials provide foundation for development tissue regenerative medicine. Through use improvement these biocompatible materials, biomedical engineers researchers have been able develop treatments address unmet clinical needs as well improve earlier practices. These wide range disciplines from musculoskeletal applications regeneration. An advantage Food Drug Administration has approved several biomaterials, both natural synthetic, compliant in human body. This prior approval enables their applications, advance quality treatment shorter period time. Scientists, engineers, clinicians all work collaborative effort design with closely resemble tissues, promote optimal repair or regeneration at targeted site. article will describe some most commonly used synthetic including uses, advantages, disadvantages, various medicine applications.
