摘要: Hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, and glucose variability are common during intensive care unit (ICU) stay associated with increased mortality (1–3). Continuous monitoring (CGM) is a promising tool to assist control, but the accuracy reliability of these devices in critically ill patients uncertain (4,5). Therefore, we studied two different CGM postoperatively cardiac surgery an investigator-initiated trial. We placed (Guardian RT, Medtronic Minimed; FreeStyle Navigator, Abbott Diabetes Care) subcutaneously abdominal wall before 60 patients. This first time Navigator has been ICU setting.
